Oh how I urged I could just talk to you
Longed for a reason to make me want to stay
Bursting hysteria out of the blue
Playing dead, so you'd go away
The angst I learned later turned
Into a lifetime loyal companion
Insults and threats, converted regrets
Endless crossed misunderstandings
After all there were just good intentions
And even though we can't erase mistakes
At last we could find reconciliation
And let go all the painful days
The angst I learned later turned
Into a lifetime loyal companion
Insults and threats, converted regrets
Endless crossed misunderstandings
No one can see what we had to achieve
to get to this point of mutual redemption
Each apology that ever came from me
Was only possible 'cause I forgave you
Recalling the times you didn't say sorry
You actually did, in your silent way
Now that I'm gone it's a whole different story
I choose to remember only my favorite days
If you can make an instrument work in metal then do it! Saxophone works exceptionally well here thanks to some great compositions. Definitely worth a shot for any fan of metal. Petruvai
I made love with my girlfriend so many times on this album. It is incredible. The songs are so beautiful and the rythm so well coordinated for this kind of moment... Anyway, always good to listen to it in the bus too Faugus
The metal’s band revelatory new record crosses genres and styles, effortlessly combining seemingly incompatible subgenres. Bandcamp Album of the Day Apr 26, 2024
Streamlining their post-metal sprawl through a sharper melodic focus, the Scottish juggernauts' third LP is labyrinthine yet approachable. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 25, 2024
Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
